Lerner Residential owns and manages apartment communities in the greater Charlotte, NC area. We provide quality housing and exceptional service to our residents. We are proud to be a founding member of the Charlotte Apartment Association and also are members of the Charlotte Chamber and the Better Business Bureau.

Lerner Residential is a joint venture of Lerner and Company Real Estate and Samson Properties, LLC. Two brothers, Harry and Sam Lerner, founded Lerner Residential in 1964. As they have for the last forty years, members of the Lerner family continue to take an active role in the management of Lerner Residential. Harry Lerner is the President of Lerner and Company Real Estate. Two of Sam Lerner's sons, Gary and Mark, are now involved in the management of the company. Gary is the managing member of Samson Properties, LLC and Mark is a Vice President of Lerner and Company Real Estate.
